Gio and Oktagon Apartments
Gio and Oktagon are names of two residential blocks located within the Bešeňová Water Park complex, featuring a total of 19 one-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment includes a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the living room, a bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony. Guests staying here enjoy private access to outdoor pools with healing thermal water.
Pamukkale
In the area of the Bešeňová Water Park, a unique accommodation complex has been created with private thermal pools on the terraces of the apartments. Pamukkale is the designation for the accommodation units in Block E, which includes a total of 29 apartments and studios. These apartments are part of the four-star Galeria Thermal Hotel and offer a high standard of facilities, supporting both a premium experience and investment potential.

This is a true ski-in/ski-out hotel with immediate access to ski slopes, a ski school training arena, a sporting goods store, the popular Crystal Bar, and the lively Happy End restaurant & disco bar at the Biela Púť entertainment hub.
Located in the most desirable part of the Jasná resort, this project has exceptional potential for profitability. Due to the current building moratorium in Jasná, which restricts new developments, Central will be the last newly built project in the region.
The Jasná resort offers over 50 km of slopes and regularly hosts FIS Alpine Ski World Cup events.
