As of July 1,2025, Gopass Property* has taken on the lease of the exceptional Pamukkale Apartments, which have been built right in the Bešeňová Water Park. The project is inspired by the world-famous Pamukkale in Turkey, where mineral springs hidden in the rocks flow from lakes in white travertine cascades. The architects from Ateliér Gam transferred a similar concept to Liptov and created a technically and visually unique building.
“We wanted to create something exceptional and give guests a unique experience – and we succeeded. The result is an original Liptov Pamukkale – an accommodation complex where each of the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors will have its own thermal spa on the terrace,” says Igor Rattaj, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tatry mountain resorts, a.s., and founder of Gopass Property.
The apartments are part of Hotel Galéria Thermal**** and offer maximum comfort combined with thermal water, natural materials, and eco-friendly technologies. Private bathtubs with water temperatures ranging from 34 to 40 °C are connected to a modern cleaning and disinfection system.
The building has an A0+ energy certificate and a photovoltaic power plant is installed on its roof. The interior of each apartment is designed in natural tones using travertine and Venetian stucco. Exclusive custom-made beds, works by artist Ľubica Skusilová, mood lighting, and other details—including a selection of herbal teas for guests—enhance the experience.
By adding the Pamukkale apartments to its portfolio, Gopass Property is strengthening its presence in Liptov and confirming its strategy of investing in properties that combine experience, architecture, sustainability, and long-term yield potential. Gopass Property also has an option to purchase these apartments after an agreed period.
